Sales Support (m/w/d)

What to expect

Join a team of computer vision, AI, and logistics experts who are making logistics more digital, efficient, and thus more environmentally friendly. As a member of the Sales Support team, you will assist our sales team at various stages of the sales process and ensure smooth operations.

What you do

Creation of offers and processing of orders
Invoicing including follow-up
Preparation of analyses and statistics for business and sales management
Researching potential customers
Handling customer inquiries using our service ticket system
Maintenance of our CRM system (Hubspot) including customer and master data
Organizing our company's presence at trade fairs both domestically and internationally
Responsibility for our warehouse: material procurement, inventory

What you contribute

Professional, training in the commercial or IT sector (e.g., IT system merchant)
Initial professional experience in the area of Sales/Customer Support or similar is advantageous
Service and customer orientation
Structured and solution-oriented working method
Very good English skills and at least good German skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., to trade fairs)
